Firehouse Subs Spring Hill

As a delivery person they are on top of the orders and make sure that they are ready by pickup time. The place is always very clean. The high shelf is a little challenging for short people like me but I’m sure it’s there for a reason and is workable. The staff at times can be pretentious but I think it’s their way of showing their pride in the sandwich building they completed for my delivery.

I used to go to firehouse a lot, but hadn't gone in sometime and was surprised at the change, first of all most of the meat was chopped in my Italian sandwich and I asked for pickles on my sandwich and got a few chopped up one's. I seriously couldn't recognize most of the meat. The sandwich tasted ok, but I will be searching out new places. The girls were extremely nice, however

The rating has nothing to do with the staff or the service I experienced. This rating is simply based on preference. The cashier was very attentive and detail oriented. The staff worked efficiently and quickly. It was actually a pleasure to see them work so well. Finally, the order was correct. I simply did not feel the food tasted well. The chili was bland and reminded me of something from a school cafeteria. The meat on the brisket sub tasted salty. Again, this is simply my opinion. The food may taste fine to others. I will encourage people to try and see for themselves. Moreover, the service and staff were top-notch.

I would normally give this place 5 stars, but they really have a problem with their app! Last weekend I tried using a coupon on their app, and it wouldn't work. This isn't the first time my family, and I have had issues with using app. It's been awhile so i fugured they fixed the problem. Not so, it literally took me and and employee over 20 minutes with no success. In mean time the other employee made my sandwich which ended up being cold from the wait, and wasn't the best tasting after sitting for that time. The problem is they don't trust they employees to fix the problem at store level. This could all have been handled quickly if they A. Fixed their app. or B. Trained employees on how to handle these situations when they occur. Firehouse has reached out to me to apologize and basically

Usually this is always made right and always tastes great. But I got a large sub last night. Worked overnight just now sitting to eat it and half the sub is hook and ladder other half bread lettuce and mayo. I don't understand this at all. At least I ate the better half before finding out I paid for a large to only get half a sandwich. And my girlfriend also got a sub and said something was off about hers as well. That it wasn't as good as it usually is.
