Food: 6.2 out of 10 Service: 8.2 out of 10 One of the employees I interacted with was helpful and well educated regarding the menu. The staff preparing the food poorly assembled my sandwich as they just threw everything on top, inaccurate ingredients, and I could have done with the huge thumb hole on the side of my roll. Overall, the food was average. Not horrible but also not great.

It wasn't until I moved to Indianapolis that I tried Firehouse subs and boy am I glad I did. Sandwich portions are a bit more generous than subway but what they have that really separates them is their chili. Absolute perfection. They also have grilled mushrooms here which are great on the Engineer sub (go-to). Free sauce bar as well which they'll give you a cup even if you are a to-go order. Always a pleasure to eat here.

Had a great experience here. Amazing food and great atmosphere. The staff was very polite and welcoming. The turkey, bacon, ranch was unbelievable.

I came in yesterday for an early dinner, the food wasn’t bad, but the atmosphere was horrible. From what I witnessed, the manager Brad was going off on an employee in the front of the store. I feel horrible for that employee, the exchange seemed unnecessary and embarrassing. I find it very unprofessional to reprimand someone in that manner in front of guests, and I know its not technically my business as to what they were discussing, but it became my business when it disrupted my dinner, and from what the entire store over heard it was an over reaction. I would leave zero stars if I could. This place should really look into how their employees are being treated by management.

Very friendly staff and excellent service!!!! I was late picking up my order yesterday, right as the store was about to close. The employees were clearly busy getting ready for the next day, yet they still greeted us and served us with big smiles. Thank you all! You are truly great!!!
