The service was superb staff was nice friendly the place was clean food was horrible sandwich was soggy lettuce taste old and the meat wasn’t even sliced it was crumbly turned my stomach it looked so unappetizing. I ate here before but this sandwich made me feel different about this location

The place used to be better a few years ago, but the last few times I've been there, the service has been extremely slow, and the food not good. The last time I went, they burnt the bread, piled on meat, and made the sandwich sloppy. It's disappointing to spend almost 40 dollars on two meals and receive subpar sandwiches.

We had one good experience here. That was our first visit. As a result, we decided to eat here a couple more times, even though the experiences were not as good as the first time. We thought maybe they were having an off day. After the 3rd lackluster experience, we tried contacting a manager and were told a district manager would be contacting us back later that day. I've tried reaching out to them multiple times since then, get told the same thing. Terrible service. Will no longer be spending our money here.
