Firehouse Subs Timonium Crossing

Hadn’t been to firehouse in awhile, decided to pick up a sub and try out their roast beef French dip sub. Very average, service was slow and sub was lukewarm. I’m still hungry afterwards and really wish I would have just gone somewhere else. Place used to be great, don’t know what happened but this ain’t it. Won’t be coming back for a long long time, plenty of better sub options nearby

The flavor profile of wet, room temperature, cardboard...with just a pinch of black pepper. There is nothing about this pastrami sandwich that I ordered. I should have walked away when I asked if they hard relish and the reply was a quizical look of bewilderment as though i had grown horns and began speaking in tongues. So I asked for pickels. We discussed one the sandwich or off. Agreeing on "on" the sandwich to which they are wholly missing upon reciept of said sandwich. And it is possible that Publix and delis have ruined my expectations around subs and specifically pastrami sandwiches. I guess it's in how I just described the pastrami...as a sandwich. Updated July 2024…. This location is just not being operated properly. I just visited the Bel Air, MD location And the sandwich was fantastic. I’ll never go back to this location in Timonium. They are obviously running this place cheaply and the multiple sandwiches I have received there verifies that. Just a shame. I can’t believe how much this place has changed….Taste is great but cannot believe how small the sandwich is…WoW!!! Look at the size of the pickle? I am leaving the place still hungry…. It’s unfortunate but I don’t think I can come back…. Low value…. Maybe the worst value in the Timonium area.

Today was my first time trying FIREHOUSE, I saw one of my FB buddies talking about how good the SUBS ARE & they don’t cheat you 😅 I’ve decided to try a CLUB SUB 🔥 very fulfilling and delicious . I told the guy ( I believe he was the owner or manager ) I told him it was my first time and he was like okay, (with a smile & excitement) he explained the menu to me and went on from there. I appreciate his help with great customer service. I will be back to FIREHOUSE SUBS . This place is clean and no wait time at all. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FIREHOUSE !
