Firehouse Subs Village Green

Overall, when my order is correct, it tastes very good. I dont know what's up lately because whether it's an online order or in person, it's like the receipt showing exactly what I ordered wasn't even looked at. I've come to expect it to be off in some way and am pleasantly surprised when the receipt is followed. No provalone and no mayo written at the top of the receipt seems to stand out to me, and as you can clearly see there is provolone on the sandwich right after what kind of bread I wanted but 9 times out of 10, I wind up wiping the biggest mess of mayo off the bread. And when they ask me if I want it fully involved other wise I say yes and even add a few other things but for some reason only the things I add make it onto the sandwich and almost all the fully involved ingredients ge

I stop here for the 1st time. I ordered 2 med sandwiches, one of which was a French dip. The French dip was $10.99 plus tax. When I got home there was no au gu sause. The reason I got the french dip was because it comes with au gu. This was important because I have no teeth and the au gu helps me chew. I guess from now on I will get my French dips w/au gu from Arbys. Half the cost and REALLY comes with au gu.....what a shame Firehouse subs couldnt get the order complete.....

I did anything online order for 6 subs. I was given a wait time of 1 hour which was totally ridiculous. Then, when I picked my order up I was 1 sub short and had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes before YOU messed my order up. I have been a firm supporter of Firehouse up to now but I'm not sure I'll be a return customer. The whole point of doing an online order is to save time. I'm sure if I had walked in the restaurant and placed the order my wait time wouldn't have been over an hour. Lesson learned!!!

Ive been wanting to try Firehouse Subs for years & I'm glad I finally did! I tried the Firehouse Meatball and my child had the Italian sandwich. Both were really good, packed with ingredients and filling. Everything tasted fresh. We'll definitely try their other sandwiches!

Very nice atmosphere, kind people and great food. Chantel & Tiffany was extremely polite and patient.
