Firehouse Subs

Please teach employees that club subs mean you add bacon. A club without bacon is just a Hook n Ladder but more expensive. Its not just this one time either. This is just the first time its aggravated me enough to post a review. I tried to use the app so I wouldn't have to but the AI asst just kept closing the window.

Very friendly and courteous service. Had an issue with the mobile order site but Angie Meador was super helpful with getting us compensation and the manager Paul was also very kind and apologetic. Overall a great location, will be back for sure!

I came in, and nobody greeted me, I waited a couple mins before a gentleman with glasses came to the register to assist me. The two girls that were there, tall blonde ish white girl with a pony tail and the white girl with the piercings kept making sandwiches, and gave me dirty looks the entire time. But she greeted others as they came in. A bunch of weirdos, I used to work at firehouse subs and I know the first thing to do is greet your customers. The guy was nice and I still gave him a tip, and I got my sandwich quick and it was great though. Definitely would talk to the manager if I could.

I placed my order through the mobile app to save time and avoid waiting at the fast-food restaurant. When I arrived, the staff informed me that my order would take an additional 10 minutes. They also said they didn’t have the cookies I ordered, so I chose a different type that we also like. After 10 minutes, they told me they were out of meatballs, but another employee disagreed, claiming they did have them. The two employees argued about it, and once the issue was clarified, they explained that the meatballs were frozen and would take another 10 minutes to prepare. I ordered subs online for a 12:05 PM pickup, but they weren’t ready until about 12:30—and only after I went up to the register to ask for a refund. Staff continued to prioritize walk-in orders while online orders sat significantly backed up. Really disappointing experience and not efficient for anyone trying to order ahead.
