Firehouse Subs Watson Marketplace

Don't believe any of these 5 star reviews. I've lived in Buckeye for three years. I absolutely love Firehouse and have been to many locations in Arizona and other states. This is by far the worst. It's a 50/50 shot you will get the right sandwich or right chips when you order. But when it's right, it's delicious and there aren't many options for me in Buckeye, so I keep going back. Unfortunately, tonight was my last time. They were out of the sandwich toppings I asked for and didn't tell me. So after I checked it I brought it back in. The sandwich maker was like huh? Oh. Yeah, we are out of those toppings. Manager on duty was very nice and provided a refund, but I'm just tired of never knowing if my order will be correct or tasty. I'll have to go to other locations when I'm outside Buckeye

I ordered a Hook and Ladder, and my goodness it was so poorly made. The balance between bread, lettuce, and meats were unbelievable. It was soggy and gross. This is the second time from this location I had a bad sub. The chili is good.

Good overall. Slow service but nice staff. Kiosk = lazy and no tip fyi. Should get a discount for using it since we’re doing the workers job.

Fantastic experience they were fast and nice. Plus the french dip was amazing. Noah was absolutely awesome. Good music mix playing while waiting/eating.

I'll start by saying their food and service are great but as far as cleanliness...oh brother! It started with a visit to their restroom and it's filthy. It looks like they haven't cleaned it in ages. Sink has black grime on it. Layers, really. Also, fix your towel dispenser. I started to see if it was just the bathroom. Nope, it spread to their lobby. Dirty tables and floor. This place needs to be deep cleaned! Aside from that, great food and customer service.
