Firehouse Subs Winder

The sandwiches were very good, and came out fairly quickly after ordering. Nice selection too! The person who took our order was also very friendly and patient. Which was much appreciated, because I hadn't eaten here before! I can't give a full five stars because one of the other workers was very loudly shouting at someone over the phone while we waited. It wasn't at us, but it was both unprofessional and, frankly, very comfortable. I doubt that it's a common occurrence, but still. Good experience other than that! I do generally recommend.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but, I ordered a “medium” steak and cheese and to be honest it definitely was not worth the $12.85 I paid for. It was small and it didn’t even come with the dill pickle that it said on the receipt. The sandwich was ok. But definitely not worth what I paid. If it wasn’t for me having to be somewhere I would have definitely gone back with the sandwich and asked for my money back. And this was my first time here. I doubt that I would be returning.

We recently visited Firehouse Subs and overall had a good experience. The food was tasty and fresh, and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the long wait time for our order, much longer than expected. While it wasn’t enough to keep us from coming back, next time we’ll plan for a little extra time.

Jackie is an amazing employee. She went above and beyond my expectations for customer service support as well as the other employees working tonight making our sandwiches. Our coupons weren’t working and Jackie took the time to call her manager and get things straightened out for me - as expensive as everything is these days, that helped a lot. Our sandwiches were made perfectly to our specifications- don’t hesitate to go to this location. Jackie and staff are amazing. 💗💗💗. Thank you!!!

12 dollar sandwich and they burnt it to a crisp. Never have I ever had a blackened meatball sub. I'm honestly shocked she'd even serve it. I know in the 10 years I worked in food. I would have thrown it away and remade it. I had to saw off the majority of the bread to eat it. I'm mad as hell right now because I even did a tip on my card. Didn't even make it right. The bottom was cut open so it couldn't be eaten in the way a sandwich should. When sge handed me the charcoal with meatballs she asked will this be fine. I said not really it's burnt, and then she said thank you and walked off. Absolutely pissed.
