Fish City Grill

We are visiting from out of town and we’re looking for a place to eat, that’s when we came across fish city Grill. This place exceeded our expectations from just a random stump upon restaurant. The food was delicious. We got crab legs with shrimp as well as the salmon bites and it was also so good. But it really said it over the top for us was the amazing service we got from Jeff! Friendly, knowledgeable, and really made us feel welcomed. Talk to us like we were old friends and even shared some interests that we had in common. This is definitely a place we would like to return to.

I was in Richardson the other day looking for a seafood restaurant that I had prior visited but they seem to have closed down. With further looking around, ended up finding and visiting fish City grill. I had been in the area but never seen them before. Almost hard to find from the outside if you don't know what you're looking for. A very relaxed atmosphere inside. Nut ut unenjoyable experience at all. In fact, it was very nice and had said some very good food. We had a shrimp and grits plate along with shrimp, oysters and fried cod meal. The service was good and the facility was very well kept and clean. The food too was also very good and highly enjoyable. The Garlic Caper Grilled Salmon and the Grilled Salmon salad were yummy though the price are higher than most of the competitors. Red beans and rice were OK. The Charbroiled oysters were a total disappointment. $18 for half a dozen of chesse and garlic on half shells was outrageous because the oysters were so small I could barely see or taste them. Our server, Christian, was very courteous, honest, and attentive. Will definitely eat at this restaurant again!

Yes the food is fresh and very good I eat oysters and boiled crab. They smoked trout dip amazing . with all that been said I WOULDNT GO IF IT WAS FOR LIBBY!!! she's so amazing her hospitality and her service is top of the line ... her hospitality and service makes me to go back everything.

It's always goodness at Fish City. A quick stop tonight netted the redfish special from the board. They had smoked trout spread on the board but by 930pm, they were out. While I waited, I feasted on oysters on the half shell along with a tall glass of ice cold water. The young lady serving drinks was cordial and knowledgeable about the specials. It's always a delight to eat at the bar and watch sports. When it comes to good seafood, Fish City is one of my favs. Give them a try. Update 030826: Same goodness as always. Group of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Everyone enjoyed the shared appetizers and meals. Fish City is almost a weekly stop. I sat outside for the first time. It was a great experience. The wait staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Give them a try.
