Fish Company of Liverpool

The fish was fresh and perfectly cooked, with a crispy golden crust and tender, flaky meat inside. I tried their fish and chips, and it was absolutely delicious, with the batter being light and crispy, not greasy. The sides, like the coleslaw and tartar sauce, complemented the dish wonderfully. The atmosphere was casual and welcoming, and the service was attentive.

The seafood was very fresh, very nice breading but it was just slightly overcooked. If I asked them to cook it a little bit less it would be 100% perfect. It's a little bit cluttered- not really anywhere to sit and the places that you can sit down are directly next to parking spaces. Update...went here a second time and was again overcooked- scallops [became rubbery from overcooking] and shrimp even after asking to make it light! I like the people and the salads are good.

There is always a long line out the door on the few nights this fresh fish fry is open. Don’t let that deter you from trying their fresh fried fish or other items! We only waited about twenty minutes and the line was well out the door. Fresh hot fish and calamari with home made tartar sauce. Fast and friendly service in a fast paced take out.

Visited at 7 pm on a Friday evening. They were out of shrimp so we had fish sandwich and clam sandwich with onion rings. Husband would have liked more cocktail sauce on clam sandwich. Starter sauce on fish was great. Great prices and friendly staff. Will probably return if in area on days they ste open

I LOVE the Fish Company. The food is great, the staff is the best! Very friendly and strive to get orders to their customers quickly. They are an excellent, well-oiled team who know how to function together with perfectly cooked , palate pleasing seafood. I always look forward to placing my call ahead and walking right in, getting a friendly greeting and have my lunch put in my hands in just minutes. The Fish Company is my favorite place to go in Syracuse for fresh, delicious fish served up perfectly!
