Fish Tale Grill by Merrick Seafood

We were here a couple of years ago and really liked it, so we made a point to come back during a short trip to town. The live music created a great atmosphere, and the food was consistently good. We ordered the wedge salad with lobster, Gulf oysters, fish & chips, and a Bloody Mary — everything was fresh and well prepared. A solid spot we’re happy to return to.

They were missing a host/hostess the night we were there. The poor gentleman filling in did his very best to seat everyone promptly. We waited about 45 minutes. They had live music which was nice while we waited. Once seated, we ordered, ate and paid within 45 minutes. Very quick service. Food was good, not many extra options for land lovers, but that’s okay. Server was very sweet and attentive.

Great place to go for dinner if you are in the Cape Coral area. We had a table outside with music playing. The staff were all great and the food was amazing!

Our family had a wonderful birthday dinner at the Fish Tale Grill. Our server Kristi was attentive and made sure everything was well. The spicy lobster spring rolls and coconut shrimp were delicious! The chopped salad was also fresh and really good. Our favorite entree was the seafood alfredo and the featured crab stuffed seabass. The ambience was current and loved the live music they had in the outdoor seating area. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting some delicious seafood!!!

Highly recommend.. This was a great meal. Options were many. Very nice atmosphere.. Service was outstanding.. Cannot wait to go back..
