FitEx Meals

FitEx meals are amazing! Recently tried them after looking for a meal service in Tampa. Have tried two meals so far, and they were so good that I have already ordered my second batch of meals for next week. Easy way to keep your calories/protein/carbs in check. In my opinion, way better pricing and taste than Fit Life foods.

Plus, the convenience is unmatched — they deliver around the entire Tampa Bay area, even down to St. Pete. It’s a game-changer for busy weeks when I still want to eat clean and local. Amazing to have a local food prep option with really really good food options. Consistent delivery people, food remains cold because it does not ship from far away. They recycle the delivery coolers (A++). Four stars - only means room for improvement like all great things. The only reason I put 4 stars is because the meal options for my preferred deliver day tend to be the same options on rotation & currently the ice packs have to be thrown away. But I will say give me a year and its likely they will have enough menu rotation and ice pack options that are better for the environment (even if it means I pay special delivery fee for that option).

The food is great and their service and delivery schedules are fantastic. I wish they had this on my side of Florida. I use it for my mom. I’ve eaten the food. I orchestrate her delivery all thumbs up. They’re absolutely helpful in a world where nothing is easy. I highly recommend FitEx Meals!
