Fitting Meals

Fantastic place! We dropped by on our road trip across the country to grab a meal to go. Our meals were delicious, nutritious, and filling. We should’ve grabbed a few more to go in hindsight. Owner was great, nice guy!

Fitting Meals is such a gem in downtown Rapid City. You can tell how much care goes into every single meal—everything is made with real food, thoughtfully balanced, and tastes amazing. The creativity behind the recipes really sets this place apart, and it’s inspiring knowing it started as a home kitchen and grew into this incredible storefront. Perfect for anyone who wants healthy, high-protein meals without sacrificing flavor. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend! It doesn’t really matter what you get as it’s all very tasty and loaded with protein!!! Bebop and KBBQ are really great but don’t sleep on the kale chicken pesto salad. Try something new every time or do what I do and get lunch for a week!

I always leave honest reviews. I walked in and super friendly. He was very informative. Super accomadating for walking in. He is a meal prep service but he makes extraz for us with curiosity and love for food(delicious by the way). Also its ready and he warms it up for you if your on the go. Its healthy food and I can eat everything he has being on a restricted diet. Super excited he is here. Stop in grab a meal. Leave a review and a good tip. Im excited for this place. Fitting meals is amazing! Dalton saves me every week! His meals help me stay on track with macros, and taste amazing! My favorite is the Bebop! As a business owner and busy mom, without them I would often skip lunch! Couldn’t recommend this place more! An essential in my week!
