Five Guys

1st time trying out Five Guys. Free peanuts, Free Root Beer refills (and huge selection of sodas), customizable burger and generous portions (ordered small fries but there's plenty to go. Burger could do with more freshness though

This is my favorite burger stop. They know me when I come to pick up my online order. Out of the hundreds of times I've been here there has never been a negative moment.

Manager is very nice & also Jamal is outstanding employee always doing extra for customer, pricey but that is 5 guys everywhere. They went above & beyond & made me custom cheesy fries & always make my complicated burger orders perfectly! 5/5 stars well deserved

For many years, I considered the Five Guys strawberry milkshake the best ever, followed closely by Chick-fil-A. Five Guys was the best because of the real strawberries on it. Recently, it became garbage. I bought (as usual) via DoorDash, and a white paste showed up (not even lightly p pink). I tried to get a refund, but DD did not want to do that. There was not even a *real* strawberry bit on it. It had no taste, no color, and more specifically, no strawberry. The next day, I went to the store to get another one. Same thing. There was one, maybe two strawberry bits. Also, not even pink. The current recipe is the worst, even losing to the powder-based fast-food competitors like McDonald's. Please fix this.

I recently visited this five guys and had a fantastic experience. The service was impressively quick, and the food was top-notch as always. Super Juicy burger! What stood out to me the most was the cashiers attitude, the gentleman with the muscles. He was well composed and genuinely attentive. He didn't over-exaggerate his role as most cashiers do but still made sure everything was perfect for me. It made the entire visit pleasant and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
