This is a very nice place! Food was delicious, especially the fries, and the service is great. I have a gluten allergy, and the employees were very nice about it, I brought my own buns and they just gave me the patty and toppings. I will definitely come here again and recommend this place to others! :)
I came in for an early lunch on a Saturday. Service was friendly and quick. There was plenty of parking and seating. The place is larger than my local five guys. It was clean. I enjoyed my usual burger bowl and fixins. I'll definitely return.
Consistently outstanding. But in my opinion, way too expensive. For a cheeseburger with grilled onions, lettuce and tomato, small fries, and no drink just free water, cost me $19 and change. That's ridiculous. But it's good as it is. It's three times more expensive at least then you'd spend at McDonald's. The lettuce was pale and didn't too "super fresh" and green. Lost one star for that. So consider this a special treat. The facility in Brookfield, Connecticut on Federal Road is very spacious and even though I was there about 1:30 in the afternoon there were only one or two other customers there. The place was spotless. It was cold, even though it was 76° outside it was freezing inside. I had to look around for a spot that would be as far away from an air conditioning vent as possible
"How the mighty have fallen". Good quality burgers but something has happened to their Fries. Their once perfect home made fresh fries combined with their good burgers were what justified their high prices. They used to be perfectly fresh hand made hot and tender. But the last 3 times I have visited I was served dried out desiccated fries. The 1st 2 times I thought I was accidentally served fries which had been sitting out too long. but this time it was rush hour lunch time and they were exactly the same as the previous 2 visits. Truly worse that frozen fries. Sadly, I am done with 5 Guys. (Brookfield CT location.)
When i walked in, i was immediately welcomed. My mobile order was near completion, and I was informed of that too... The cheeseburger was made exactly as it was ordered! And the cajon fries were overflowing!
