Customer Reviews
Okay, so I went to this restaurant with my family for a nice dinner and some quality time together. The food was good, no complaints there. However, while we were sitting there, one of the employees (who had red or pink hair) started cleaning the floor with a broom. The entire time we were there, she only cleaned two tables and threw chairs on the floor, making loud noises. Dust and debris were flying all over us. This was extremely rude and inconsiderate behavior towards our customers. RIDICULOUS!!!!! I understand you have to go home at the end but the whole restaurant was empty dude! Clean on the other side why next to siting customers. She is cleaning under my table while i m sitting and eating! Very BAD.
The person's at the counter were incapable of taking the order, having to repeat it several times before they listened. The cost $42 for 2 single cheeseburgers and 2 fries, the cashier had originally said $62 because she had not listened. Traveled home 20 minutes home to find what's in the bag was wrong too. Had to drive back to get what we had ordered. This was frustrating and stressful plus a waste of my time. We received sloppy made single cheeseburgers and over salted fries. Because we have to go back it was all cold. Can't go back here because it's way to stressful.
Good food. Good service. The staff look a bit down and low energy but still friendly.
This was my dad and I’s first time eating at Five Guys and we would 100% come back. We were instantly greeted by friendly employees. The food was delicious and the fries were the best we’d ever had! 10/10 would recommend!
I haven’t eaten from here in years and I saw some reviews complaining about price increases and quality differences so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Got a meal with some customs and a milk shake and everything was perfect. Giant burger (could only eat half), giant grease stained bag of fries (two of us barely put a dent) and a decadent shake. Fries were crispy, well salted, and vinegar and ketchup packets were still available. Price is def higher than I remember but there isn’t much out there these days that isn’t higher. Still the reliable burger that I remember.
