Five Guys

Probably my favorite burger joint when I feel like treating myself Food is always cooked to order, always fresh, burger always commercial quality. My fries always fresh and always with plenty in the bag. And just as important, the last time I went in there, the lady who cooks recognized me, and immediately got to working on my order. I never tip for takeout, ever, but for her, I'm going to start. That's quality service you have to appreciate.

Kaylei and Reece did am excellent job managing the order in front of me and making sure my order still got taken care of. Staff in general were very friendly and the shift was managed well.

I come here from time to time, never had a poor customer service experience until yesterday evening. Please remind staff to listen, watch their tone, this young lady on the cash register was very rude. I walked out. Customer service is becoming a lost art. If she was having a bad day, go home or have someone else at the register. I will never give my money to an establishment that lacks customer service for just walking in. Do better!

First time here. I was not greeted. As I asked questions I was brushed off and felt ignored. I ordered 2 burgers 2 fried and it was $40.00. The burger was small and not so tasty. The fries were plentiful and good. No milkshake in the flavor I wanted or it seemed they didn't want to make it. My first and last visit there.

First time at this establishment in Fairfield. Music was incredibly loud so I couldn't really hear what the cashier was asking me when I was ordering. The AC was up too high for what the weather was outside (67). Hamburger was good and fries were hot and crispy. A large order of fries was a tall cup and some more in the bag, which I found weird. Just use a tall and a small cup instead of throwing them into the bottom of the bag. Probably won't go back. Bathrooms were clean and the locks worked on the stalls.
