Great service and great food. Order came out wrong and manager immediately stepped in to rectify, create new order and ensure I was satisfied
Raw burger and fries from rotten potatoes!! Major food safety issues tonight. I eat here all the time and have never had an issue until today and it was vile. Ordered from a UberEats. When we unwrapped the burgers there were condiments everywhere. Like three times as much as required. Mildly annoying, and very messy, but scraped off the extra ketchup, mustard etc. and moved on. Poured out the fries to see that half were made from rotten potatoes! Rotten black patches through the fries! When I finally got around to taking a few bites of my burger I see that the burger is raw inside. Not pink, but purple. My son had already eaten his entire burger before I saw mine was raw! Called the restaurant immediately and the manager simply said “Really sorry about that” and hung up. Hoping for the s
I ordered Cajun fries well done, had the cashier confirm she heard me because it wasn’t on the ticket. She talked to the fry cook, instead of getting well done fries I got someone else’s leftover fries from earlier, the soggiest most raw fries I have seen out of five guys. This was my final trip to this location.
The staff was very friendly and energetic. The fries were delicious and the chocolate milkshake was actually chocolate-y. I took a picture of the fries because this was the "small" fry I ordered. I was very pleased to see that this was more like a medium or large order. This visit made me a fan and I'll definitely be making repeat visits.
I'm local and come here to treat myself. I used to enjoy it. Not anymore. First, it is a dead, joyless atmosphere. Second, they cater to mobile orders over diners. Third, their employees are either hostile or incompetent or both. On the last visit, one called my number, saw me coming towards her, made eye contact, then ignored me for five minutes before handing the bag to me (they put it on shelves behind the counter). The other employee forgot my milkshake order. This is typical of their "service" over the past few years. The buns tasted low end. Their portions are shrinking. I left feeling half empty. And to top it off, their prices are way too high. This franchise and this location is in big trouble. I am not returning unless they make big changes starting at the top.
