Customer Reviews
Never been to a Five Guys before and had it two days in a row at two different locations. This location was the 2nd of those locations. The burgers were mediocre and dry, but the fries were some of the best I've eaten. The service was not very good. I decided to try the Cajun fries, and I asked the young woman taking my order what was in the Cajun spice in the fries. She gave me an unhelpful response in a tone that made me feel like an idiot, with her simply responding with "Cajun..." Not very keen on returning if that's the kind of service I can expect. The dining room was freezing cold, I felt like I was having lunch inside of a freezer. Everything on the menu was extremely overpriced, the only exception being the fries which bordered on being too much for me to eat. 3/5 simply due to h
Great french fries. Hot dog is good. Hamburger is ok. I like craft burgers done med rare. Can't get that here but still good. Pricey
Okay this location right here is trash. I have never waited so long for a “little” cheeseburger and 1 fry thats it. I waited and waited i gots to say nobody cares here and they definitely are losing customers because of how SLOW they are
Two burgers, fries, drink $40.00 that's a hella lot for bad food. The bacon was almost burned. The buns on the burger was SOGGY. It was so gross could not eat it. We ordered in house and ate in house so it wasn't like they sat & disintegrated. The fries were not crisp but I don't think I've ever eaten fries from Five Guys that wasn't. The guy taking the order was totally disinterested and I had to ask for the second cup for drinks. What gets me is this restaurant along with most other fast food places think a tip should be given. Why would I give a tip when I place my order, get my own drink and pick up my food?? And since I've, in theory, given a tip it wouldn't reflect the true quality of food and service.
4 “workers” twiddling thumbs. Both ketchup dispenser pumps empty. Soft drink machines with issues. Restroom with, out of order flushing. Scoop of fries just emptied into burger bag. Unreal. Where do you get these people? Around 12:30pm. on Oct. 22, if interested in who was supposed to be working at that time.
