Five Guys

⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had heard great things about Five Guys and finally gave it a try at the Friendly Shopping Center in Greensboro. Honestly, I expected a much better burger for the price. The taste was okay, but nothing that really stood out. The burger was juicy but kind of messy, and the fries were average. For what they charge, I think Burger King offers a better burger experience overall. Not terrible, but not worth the hype in my opinion. 3 stars from me.

Basic 5 guys and fries cheeseburger. Tasty with quick service. A little tough getting to store front due to construction. Finally just parked in vicinity and hooded around barricades, dirt and other obstacles to get there in September 2025

Nola, one of the managers, was extremely helpful, kind, and empathetic when I called the store regarding a mishap with my order. I was initially very upset, but her calm and reassuring tone made it impossible for me to stay frustrated. The way she handled the situation over the phone left such a positive impression. I can only imagine how impactful she must be in person. She truly turned my experience around. 5 stars for her it’s only 4 stars because my bacon and fries were missing.

Honestly nothing to really boast about here. The staff on the day I went looked like they'd rather be somewhere else. The lady at the register didn't need to be there. She was eventually moved to the back to the grill. Food was okay but not worth the price tag nor the hype. I don't mind paying for a fresh burger but this was about Sonic level to me.

Very friendly staff. First time trying 5 guys and enjoyed the 2 patty bacon cheeseburger all the way. Fries were good and so was the strawberry shake.
