Very friendly on the inside, but when I got home and bit into my burger it was pretty undercooked, aswell as the fries being burnt. I got the burger for my pregnant mother, and she can't consume beef that's not cooked well done. I'm very disappointed, and hope things like this do not continue and provite further issues moving forward.

Great customer service, great food, your order is made when you order it inside or when your driver shows up and not before. This location offers delivery through DoorDash and Uber eats. Please Tip your driver this location will have a wait time. Support local workers.

I had an awesome experience at Five Guys! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome with their positive energy and friendly attitude. The service was top-notch—quick, efficient, and delivered with genuine smiles. What really stood out was the attention to detail. Everything from the way the food was prepared to how clean and well-kept the entire restaurant was—it showed they truly care about the customer experience. Major props to Andrew and Brandis for going above and beyond! Their professionalism and great attitudes made the visit even better. If you’re looking for great food and even better service, this Five Guys location is definitely the place to eat.

If it was an option for 0 stars that would fit the description of this restaurant. I called to place an order for a cheese burger when I met with silence. Looked at my phone and realize i was hung up on, called back in disbelief and was still met with attitude about them not having a cheese burger . I requested to speak with the manager and come to find out that was the manager ! I asked for her name to make a report because I felt so uncomfortable I didn’t even wanna visit just by how i was treated with anger, disregard and disrespect from the manager over the phone.

Audrey was a rockstar! The entire team was super efficient and friendly. I felt welcomed and was impressed with how well ran this establishment was ran. Great job and the food was fantastic as always!
