Five Guys

Fountain drink selections are mixed up. Regular tea comes out as sweet tea. Told staff on last visit of this issue. This visit same thing. Now in fairness staff today did try to fix it this time and announced after s bit it was corrected. Still sweet. Raises other quality control issues in my mind due to this. Until corrected this location is not recommended.

Katie truly delivered the full Five Guys experience. From the moment we stepped up to the register, her customer service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic. She took the time to help us choose the perfect shakes to pair with our meals and made the whole ordering process feel fun and effortless. What really stood out was her attention to the little details. I casually mentioned how much I love the complimentary peanuts, and without hesitation, she made sure I had some to take home with me. That level of thoughtfulness made our visit feel personal and memorable. Katie is exactly the kind of team member who turns a good meal into a great experience. She’s a true asset and the reason we’ll definitely be back!

I went on a Monday during what looked like their busier hours during the evening, the past few times I’ve gone my burgers have came out questionable, looking closer to smash burgers and serval toppings just hanging out when unwrapped. So I went in with lower standards, but I was actually decently pleased with the food and service, the burgers were cooked great but also assembled with what seemed to be just better care. Keep in mind I was definitely not the only order they were making, I guess it just comes down to who’s making the burger, the two guys on the line seemed pretty well versed, compared to the other employees I’ve had make my food.

Great service and even better tasting food served up hot, fresh. Will definitely be back.

The first time you try five guys like me Low carb recommended 💛Burger wrap in the lettuces but they made the wet version burger 😂! 💛Cajun fries The signature of fries and the portion is way too big ! You need to find someone to share the calories 🤓 Feel free to the peanuts if you are the peanuts lover .
