Second time we have been there since they opened. After a long football game we stopped to get burgers for the boys. I placed the order through the app so iit woyld be made correctly. The order was almost $180. 4 out of the 5 meals were made wrong. They toppings were literally whatever someone there randomly selected on 3 off the burgers. Not one of our burgers wasn’t supposed to have lettuce on them, but they all did. All of the other condiments were things we didn’t order or want. One of the burgers wasn’t what I ordered at all. It was instead the cheesy burger I think. The french fry containers were half full. I called at 9:40 to share my experience with the store and surprise - no one answered the phone. I attempted to give them the benefit of the doubt as they were new the
Ordered online on a Tuesday afternoon, only had to wait a few minutes after arriving. An employee greeted me when I arrived and asked if I was waiting for an online order. All the employees were friendly and helpful. Bathrooms and dining room were clean. Food was as good as any other 5 guys I’ve been too. Burger and fries were nice and fresh. I could see parking at this location being an issue during peak times but that’s not the stores fault. 5/5…I would definitely visit again.
Two people eating inside when we arrived, figured great, everything will be cooked fresh, wrong! The fries were full to the brim under a heat lamp, so they were warm at best. The burgers were really overdone, nice dry shoe leather. First and last time at this location.
I have had a very good experience at every other five guys that I've been to, and I was excited to have one open up right near me, but this location is consistently bad. I've tried it a few times since it opened and every time is the same - the fries are cold, with a tough exterior and seem like they're hollow on the inside. They taste like potato chips and are tough and chewy, and they only give you a fraction of the amount that other locations give you. I got a large for 3 people to share and there was barely enough for one person. I've got a litle size for myself and they only filled the cup halfway. Complete waste off money as far as the fries go. Burgers are fine, can't really complain there
25 min wait... $23 for a "little" cheeseburger, "little" fry, milkshake. Tables weren't bussed, floor was a mess. I was #36... but 32-35 & 37-42 left with their food. Mine? Was sitting on a shelf getting cold. Luckily someone noticed and spoke up. Instead of standing around talking to your friends between customers guys- you might want to make sure all the foods correctly gone out, trash is emptied, tables are bussed, and people are happy. I've never eaten at a 5guys before. This was my 1st impression? Ill never go back. 2 stars because the cash register dude was at least friendly and smiled.
