Excellent burger! 🍔 I got a 3 patty lettuce wrapped with tomato, pickle, grilled peppers, mustard on the side, and it was delicious. Very friendly service. The soda machine had vast options also. These guys can definitely grill a burger 👏👏

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger and when we opened it up, there was literately a 2in piece of bacon on the burger, when we told the guy that we are going to need more bacon than this, he said it’s going to be a wait and he seemed frustrated that we were willing to wait. What is the standard here…is there no standard? Is there no customer service? These burgers are already overpriced, at least compromise with good product and good service.

This was my first visit to this location. I ordered a small burger for my grandson and a small burger for myself. No extras. No fries. No drinks. No bacon,etc. It was $18. They were very friendly, but the guy cooking the burgers was so slow. It took almost 20 min to get our burgers. I love a good burger, but sadly I can't say this was one. The bun was cold and the burger itself wasn't juicy, like they are known for. Maybe it was just off that day, but I ate only half of my burger. I just couldn't force myself to finish, even after paying $9 for it. Very disappointing.

Delicious burgers as always, hot and fresh. I LOVE a good five guys visit, and the Mansfield location is a gem! The manager, Antonio, brought such a fun energy to our experience and made us feel so welcome!! Will absolutely be back!

Let me first say that the burger meat and cheese was very good..however, I bit into my burger and it had a weird taste and even smell... I figured out that it was the lettuce and tomato! It in turn made the burger cheese/meat smell and taste weird. I talked to an employee and they said they use a disinfectant on the produce. Well that is all I tasted. Yuck! So they remade me a burger. I had it with only grilled onions, cheese and maybe BBQ sauce? I couldn't taste it. My husband couldn't taste A1 sauce on his burger and he ordered it without cheese and it came covered in cheese.. he didn't complain and ate it as it was. One of the employees brought me over a $10 comp card. Honestly, I don't really know if I want to try a burger there again.. bummed..it was so good in IN..also, fries could h
