Five Guys

Friends who've been to Five Guys all say it's good, but personally, I think its main advantage is the portion size; the taste is only so-so in the US. It's far inferior to the Boston local brand Tasty Burger. Cheeseburger: Huge, I felt full just after finishing it… The patty was freshly grilled, and the juices and fat were passable, but not particularly memorable; the bun was a bit soggy, like it was steamed (though definitely not). Free toppings are a special feature, especially with 15 kinds—very generous! 🥹 Many guides recommend "All the way," but that might not be suitable. Great music , fast service… can’t really hear when they call out the number so it would be nice to have like a screen or prompter displaying it. Saved confusion and time. I also asked for a lot of onions and got none on my burger so that was bummer. Minor things needed to improve quality of service overall still nice vibe.

Just stopped by, the guy calling out the order numbers gave my burger to someone else, and the customer returned it after fully opening it, and double wrapped the burger in foil, hid it under the table and gave it to the next customer, which was me. Extremely disappointed with sanitary and how he dealt with this kind of issue.

I can NOT get enough of this place. The burgah takes me to a whole other dimension. Every bite keeps me wanting more. Forget mcdands and wendeys, this place is the best.

I was a customer until today! (I bought a lot) In my free time I make extra money with delivery apps. I asked the cashier to use the bathroom and she said that she didn't allow Uber DD workers! I left the restaurant, canceled my order, and I'll never set foot in a Five Guys again. I'll eat somewhere else, I'll work somewhere else.
