Five Guys

Five guys are always consistent and clean. Their burgers are delicious, fresh, and quality meat. The mammoth burgers always come with two mouth-watering patties with the option to add a plethora of free toppings. The cheese dogs are also a surprise favorite. The fries are off the charts. There is always service with a smile :) Janeeka went above and beyond to serve me at an ultimate level that is rare to find today.

I usually order from a different location but decided to try the Granite Run location instead. Placed my order online. Walked into the store and was pleasantly greeted by the staff. What a nice and wonderful surprise. Our food was great as well. I’ll definitely be going back.

I was initially greeted well. But after paying the cashier asked in an almost threatening tone “why didn’t you tip?” I checked the receipt, Martin V. was the cashier. While I was waiting, the same cashier prepped my food, but was also staring at me. Not only was I worried about him doing something with my order, I also just didn’t feel comfortable. The same cashier also handed me my order, but this time demanded “next time you should tip” I probably should have talked to the manager, but unfortunately I didn’t have much time. Overall, I think the service at this 5 Guys has gone down dramatically. Not just for asking about a tip, but just the overall experience. I always heard 5 guys was expensive, and this ahure does live up to that. However, the one meal was enough to feed two people. More importantly, the service was really nice. I probably won't go again just because of the price being a little out of the range of what I am willing to pay. However, if you're the target audience, I'd go to this location based on service.
