Five Guys

May 30, 2025. This is a Five Guys inside the mall food court, so no internal seating like a normal 5G or the McDonalds here in the mall. But the only thing lost from that experience is the soda refill machine, nice booths and free peanuts. I kind of miss the free peanuts. The fries are very delicious and very generous portions. The "Little Fry" is more than enough for 1 adult even if you share some. I dislike the skins on the fries and if they could make them skinless, they would probably be in my top 3 list of best fries. Red Robin's steak fries are my #1, McDonald's and Burger King swap #2 and #3 depending on the season and what potatoes they are currently using. Ordered Burger and well Done fries and when i received my fries they were soggy & warm. When i asked the little Dude Manager she said she couldnt do the fries i had in my hand! Was like She didnt want to be working! Not helpful at all and Horrible customer Service for or Team leader or Manager. Will never eat from there Again! Horrible!!!

Went right at close and the guy said we could still order. He was very friendly. Ordered the bacon cheese hot dog with ketchup and mustard. The bacon was crisp and the hotdog had a slight snap. Pretty sure the cheese was kraft singles but it was still good. Absolutely no complaints.

Ordered two burgers and shake, I sensed that the beef smelled funny. After an hour my husband and I both had food poisoning.

Food great service horrible three people working the girl was cleaning and replacing things I asked her if I can order a milkshake she said yes when she s done refilling and cleaning her.stuff. Waited 25 min for one milkshake
