Five Guys

I come here often when I’m wanting a burger and fries, but I was disappointed today when I got back to work and noticed that all my fries were still undercooked. Usually my food is great here but when I went today around 12:10pm these fries just was not was I was hoping especially when paying $5.69 for something I’m not eating.

My food was hot n delicious. But most of all the manager Daveon was very polite n personable. He talked to my children n now they keep asking when we going back to see that nice man. It was an excellent dining experience. We will be back soon.

This was the cleanest, friendliest Five Guys I have ever been to!! The female cashier greeted us with a big smile, friendly, and even helpful. I ordered a bottle coke, however, there wasn't any in the bucket by the register so she went to the back to get me one. And the greatest thing was is that she didn't seem to like the request was an inconvenience. The whole team was friendly and one gentleman even brought us our food. Thanks for the great service!!!

The manager of this store on Saturday, Feb 28 was extremely rude. Claimed they didn't have an order for me, but earlier in the day I called and they had the order. Would not let me speak and told me I could figure out how to get my money back on my own and hung up on me. Doordash continued to try to pick up my order, and the same manager was rude to them as well. Finally made my order and it was horrible. Fries were cold and old. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION

Went to Five Guys tonight and I don’t know the staff that were there but they did an awesome job. Very welcoming when we came in, ordered with ease and food was so fresh and delicious!! Not overly done with condiments and not slapped together!! We really enjoyed ourselves and I let the staff know it as well!! Sometimes it’s hard to find a burger place that takes such pride in what they are serving up! Definitely coming back!! Great job!!
