Customer Reviews
Five Guys is pretty consistent when it comes to the quality of their food. They're generally one of the better "fast food" franchises. I don't review chains very often, but a recent visit to this location left us impressed with how friendly the staff was, how clean the place was and of course, we loved the burgers & fries. It's a little pricey, but a treat in the world of cheeseburgers.
Five guys used to be great. You could guarantee a massive amount of fries and you always got that extra scoop on top. Not so not anymore. It's twice now we've ordered large fries and not even had the cup filled up!!! $6.95 you must be kidding. The burgers are good but it's meant to be a total experience. This time I go into order and collect. Yet again the fries are short changed. I complained oh the manager gave me extra for free. But dripping with sarcasm and no apology 😒 truly do people pay over $40 for 2 burgers and 3 fries and accept shoddy service and short portions. No not me. Much as I've liked their fries I won't be going back. I'll cook my own it's really not that hard!!
The burgers at Five Guys aren’t good at all, they are too greasy and disgusting. I couldn’t even finish my burger. Now the French fries are actually pretty good. I’ll give them that. Also the prices here are way too expensive. My order cost me $20 lucky I had a gift card and it only costed me $12 plus tip.
The Springfield, Ohio location for Five Guys has never served milkshakes. The official website for this location advertises the milkshake flavor of the season: coffee shakes. We specifically drove here for milkshakes and the manager says he's trying to get them. How does a chain famous for burgers and milkshakes open a location without milkshakes and still not have them several years later?
Plus: Friendly team member repeated our order back to perfection. Hmm: Very cold inside and it took a bit longer to make our food than we would have liked. The best: Tasty food including a bag full of extra fries. UPDATE: Sat outside this time due to cool inside temps. Service with a smile, tasty food. 2 burgers, 2 ice teas and a shared fry was $36.50. I enjoyed it but wow, things are getting expensive.
