Five Guys

I can’t say enough good things about the Five Guys at Stafford Marketplace. Tonight, I showed up just before closing—9:52 PM to be exact—hoping to get some fries after being let down by another location. Not only did the staff welcome me in with no hesitation, but they also made the best fries I’ve had from Five Guys in a long time. What really stood out was their attitude. They could have easily turned me away or rushed the order, but instead, they treated me like a valued customer. They even mentioned that the other location could have made fresh fries for me but chose not to. That level of honesty and care for both their service and food quality speaks volumes. Absolutely a great burger 🍔 I would definitely get the little burger, with one patty next time. I did eat the whole 2 patty burger, but i had less room for the delicious, crispy fried potatoes. The regular size fries were plenty for two people. The place was very clean. Liked the bonus peanuts to snack on.

The reduced fry portions are frustrating. I paid $40 for two bacon cheeseburgers and a medium fry. The reduced fry portion may increase profitability per visit, but people will just stop going as often. The first time I got the reduced fry portion was at Embry Mill, so I went to Stafford Marketplace this time around and it’s the same deal. Maybe rename the restaurant Five Fries? Edit: You guys got rid of the fry cups and replaced them with tiny paper bags and also got rid of the bonus scoop. Don’t play coy. And no, I’m not going to your website to fill out a survey.

Staff here is amazing the manager Luz helped me with my questions in Spanish amazing service love the bilingual staff here helps a lot explaining in great detail the worker Dominic also assisting with my questions aswell definitely with be coming again with my family and friends good price burgers for happy faces !!!

The best fries anywhere, I only wish the prices were lower. Burgers are not bad either, but again their priced a little high.
