Five Guys

We ordered 4 sets of fries and this was all that we received. They were very small. No extra fries hidden in the bag.

I ordered two Bacon Cheeseburgers through website. However, the delivery was canceled due to the large volume of order and I did not get what I ordered at that time. The payment was still processed and it was charged to my credit card. I called the branch but the staff just repeatedly said the refund will be processed within five days, though it has been more than seven business days, and suddenly hang up the phone. This is a terrible experience. If you canceled my order, you should have processed refund from your branch.

Ordered 2 burgers through Doordash. The patties were missing in both, and one of them had bits of sharp metal in it. Bad food is one thing, this place literally tried to kill me. The delivery bag was sealed, so this issue was 100% the fault of the restaurant.

I visited here a few days ago with my husband. Since it was our first time, we were a bit confused about how to order, and we didn’t ask the staff for help. So, the burger we got was just the bun and patty, with no toppings. It was a funny experience. The plain burger, coke, and fries cost around $20, which is quite pricey, but fortunately, it was delicious.

Very pleased with this Five Guys location near Penn State University. This was definitely a five star because of several reasons. For one, the location is very well maintained and clean. The staff and service were excellent. It was the first time that I ever saw a staff member actually shape the toppings on the burger to fit the burger. Meaning if the bacon was too long, she snapped the bacon and layer the remaining piece on top. Great attention to detail on a burger! The drink machine was good, however one machine had no ice. There is plenty of room and spacious to dine in at a safe distance during COVID. The burger and fries completed the experience as both were made perfectly and fresh. Congrats for a great job 👏🏼!
