Five Guys

Yesterday on Jan 21, around 9PM, I ordered food from Five Guys. As expected, the food was expensive. $50 for one drink, one milkshake, two fries (one large, one small), and two burgers (one with mushrooms). The price was higher than expected, but Five Guys has great food, and that stood true for this visit. The problem with the visit was the young man at the register who, upon my asking for a small cup for water, he said, "We don't have cups for that." I have never experienced such poor hospitality. He seemed more than glad to say, "No," then handed me a watery milkshake with no whip cream. Aftet that, (last but definitely not least) he handed me my bag of food, and I quickly realized I had been given less fries than I would have at any other Five Guys when ordering (just) a small. Food was hot and delicious. The burgers have very fresh toppings and lots of them. The staff was incredibly friendly and even gave both my boys a milkshake because it was their first time. Had a great experience and we will definitely be back. If I could make one recommendation it would be that theyclean the tables. They were quite dirty and it wasn't that busy so they're definitely was time. Other than that super great experience

Great burgers cooked to order, hand cut fries always hot. The 50 pound bags of potatoes stacked in the dining area were super cool great conversation item. The employees were nice to talk to, made great suggestions, very polite seemed happy. Positive environment.

The fries here are very good. The burgers are more like smash burgers. The patties have crispy edges and are a little dry. I like a burger with some moisture. The condiments for the burgers are very good. The drink machines have a good mix. If you like smash burgers this is the five guys for you.

Been coming to this location for years! Always a faveeeee! However, the “manager” white guy with a ponytail/man bun is awful! The way he talks to his staff is completely unprofessional! Asked for a water cup, got one. And the manager ripped the associate for it, yelling at him, telling him how much money he cost “him” so on and so forth. Also making the statement “customers pay for everything (including water)”. Water cups or no water cups, policy changes or no policy changes. This manager is the problem not anything else.
