What an awesome location! I've been to many Five Guys across the country this was one of the best for sure! The staff was very friendly everyone in the back was smiling and happy and working well together the vibe in this place was amazing. The food was exactly what we expected Five Guys is usually pretty good at continuing their excellence and consistency this location definitely has a dialed in. unfortunately for me I ordered two large fries which was way too much and I got way too bloated eating all of them they're so addicting!! #bestfriesintheindustry I love them!!! please keep up the good work we will definitely be back and I highly recommend this location to anyone in the area...
I visited this location today around 7:30pm. Five guys burgers and fries always hit the spot. This visit was more enjoyable than just the food. The employees have earned a well deserved praise. They didn’t skip a beat as they got busy, they were kind, efficient, on top of cleaning and more. I saw one of the employees even dancing a little as they cleaned up once the orders died down. While this kind of work should be expected, I have not witnessed much of this since Covid. For the professionalism, quality and good old fun. Fantastic job!
Went here yesterday and experienced my first time not getting good food at five guys. The fries were so over cooked and old that if I ran over one, I would have got a flat tire. No exaggeration.. not only couldn't you bite through some of them, I tried to snap some with my hands and it was still hard. The fries were also cold and mostly little pieces. The burgers also weren't even hot and the cheese was unmelted and cold. Spent $34 for two people to eat trash. They also changed from fry cups to bags which makes it pretty hard to put malt vinegar on them as well. Not sure who came up with that plan , but they should be fired for that nonsense.
Both soda machines were not working properly and tasted gross. The food is pretty good but way way way overpriced. Two people to eat here shouldn't be 56 dollars.
When I ordered my single cheeseburger I was asked if I wanted a meal. I replied yes. ( the meal included fries and a drink for $6) plus the cost of my single cheeseburger. When I looked at my bill I was charged an additional $1.70 for fries? That was not right. Be sure to check your bill. Not sure I will return there..
