Five Star Pizza

Just wanted to share my experiences of 5 Star Pizza Ocala location Maricamp. I differentiate this location from the location off College, because it's a different experience completely, but i'm not here to write negative things so I'll just write about Maricamp's store. I've lived in Heathbrook and The Shores sides of town and I can't recommend the location off of College. The Maricamp Rd location is for whom I write this review: I've had the pleasure of calling in to order pizza, subs, drinks, salads and other side items on at least 5 occasions, the orders had been taken over the phone accurately and with courtesy on each occasion since Dec '24. Each time, except for the first, I remember I have utilized a coupon texted to my number, a very fair coupon with great and appreciated savin

I would never go back just from the crappy customer service from the bigger lady with the black hair. She seems like she hates her job and people. Cashed me out with the same gloves she made my wings and pizza with.Diffidently a code violation! Gloves need to be changed every time you do something new. Good thing the heat hopefully killed the germs. Disgusting. Will be recooking my wings in the air fryer to make sure they are actually cooked. Place should be called zero stars.

I'm giving you guys four stars overall and for service because your website is horrendous I hate ordering on it so bad it takes at least 20 minutes to finally get the order through because it's a horrible horrible online ordering system you guys make it so freaking difficult that I almost give up every time but I want the pizza so bad because it's so good that I power through it and order my pizza at least six times and then finally it works. If you guys can make your online system work better I would order from you once a week! And by the way the delivery people are always super polite and gracious and they deserve every bit of a tip that you give them so everybody needs to tip them well.

The food is always good, hot and fresh. Always a go to when looking for something to eat. Lunch time is the best time to go for me. Ordered my first PIEZILLA today. THIS MUGG IS HUGE!!!

My family and I always have a great experience with every order from Five Star Pizza on Maricamp in Ocala. Pizza taste great a d we’ve never been disappointed. Everyone involved, from taking our order to delivery, have been outstanding in their customer service and always great you with a smile!! We’ll be customer for life!!
