Five Star Pizza

These guys are amazing. Their food is always on point on time taste great. Their drivers are courteous. I am always blown away by the speed and the quality of service. My man SEAN Was exceptional and really looked out for me while placing a huge order for my football team recently I spend a lot of money with five star pizza and it’s because of the great food , the speed of delivery and pickup - and especially people like Sean ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. FIVE STARS FOR SURE

Service is absolutely amazing, had to make an emergency morning meal order, let's say they were the only pizza place to consider great. Customer attitude was great, food was amazing. Perfect place to have lunch or a quick bit to snack on.

I had a very disappointing experience with the Ormond Beach location. I attempted to place a prepaid delivery order (one pizza and one soda) while staying at a nearby hotel. The store refused the order solely because the delivery address was a hotel. I was told this was due to concerns about customers canceling credit cards after receiving food. I spoke with a manager who stated she consulted with the owner, and the refusal of service was agreed upon at the ownership level — despite valid payment being offered and no effort made to verify payment or provide an alternative solution. Denying service based solely on lodging type reflects poor judgment and raises serious concerns about discriminatory business practices. I have loved Five Star for at least 5 years when "BILLY" was the store manager; always SO kind & courteous, always greeted customers & took care of customers the right way. This kind of customer care is RARE & now that I was told he is no longer at the Ormond Beach store, was not only a disappointment but the pizza is just not the same. One day a young girl happen to make my small pie but it was totally different than I am use to, just sloppy & when I asked if it could be done nicer, there was absolutely no common courtesy & when I only asked if the boss was there (only to explain how I like it, thinking it wb "Billy"), the young guy there now just DID NOT CARE to make it right nor did he care if I gave return business! For sure good pizza. I got a large pepperoni with extra cheese and some cinnamon rolls. The pizza is a little heavier crust than other pizzas and very filling. Thought that was great and the toppings are quality. The cinnamon rolls came with plenty of icing and were SO GOOD! Price a little higher than I hoped to pay but delicious food! Will order again!
