Five Ten Bistro

I gave 2 stars because majority of their menu is seafood dishes. But their food is very tasty!! I'd give a 5 on the chicken Piccata I ordered. My bill was $60 because I had 2 cocktails with my meal. The bar made fabulous Cosmopolitans!!!!

What a pleasant surprise as we opted for a non-franchise restaurant as we drove through Merced. The food was delicious, beautifully plated and reasonably priced. It has outdoor dining available although it was a little chilly for us to opt for that. The vegetarian (me) was happy with choices and the carnivore (cowboy Ken) said it was one of the best burgers he ever ate! The music and ambiance is pleasing but not overwhelming. I felt like I had been to a high end restaurant without feeling stuffy or over priced! Kudos to the owners for making some awesome decisions in menu, service and ambiance! Hope to return one day!

The moment of entry was a romantic ambiance. I have to say the very fast service was much appreciated. We stater the evening with Bacon Wrapped Dates and calamari appetizers, really good. We were a group of four ordering various entrees. My filet mingon was prepared to perfection. My husband rack of lamb was equally prepared to his standard aswell. Everyone was pleased with there meals. We've even order extra meals to go.Thanks for the experience.

Skeptical due to the reviews- 3 1/2 stars. )Due to current employment, I eat out approximately 150x / year with customers so I am well versed in restaurants across the US. Well seasoned and tasty food with good sized portions. Pleased that “vegetable” side was actually a vegetable and not a squash. Good wine options - by the glass or bottle (mostly California for reds). Friendly service and quick turnaround on food after ordering. A little bit of a fly issue on the patio but they offered little fans. Friendly to DOGS - she even brought out water for the pup. Patio is spacious, varying table sizes and clean

Great place to have dinner. Great service and atmosphere. Owner is involved and ensures cleanliness, service, and customer satisfaction. Would suggest a new dinner menu to mix things up, there’s one item that is very good and other menu items for dinner arent the best, so I usually only get that one item.
