American breakfast/lunch cuisine. Server was super friendly and attentive. Very cozy and quaint place. No frills. It was not very busy and it seemed the food took a little longer than we expected. The only critique is the overall ambience. It was taken over from an IHOP so it would be nice to see some more personality on the walls.

We recently visited Flagler Restaurant in Homestead for breakfast as a group of four. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and genuine friendliness. The atmosphere exudes classic American diner charm, reminiscent of the good old days, with its nostalgic decor and cozy seating. Our breakfast choices were spot-on: the pancakes were fluffy and delicious, the full house omelet packed with ham, cheese, and a medley of fresh vegetables was satisfying, and the eggs Benedict topped with creamy hollandaise sauce were simply delightful. 🍳🥞 While the service was friendly, we did notice a slight delay in receiving our meals. However, the quality and taste of the food made it worth the wait.

My first time here, No complaints; Food & Service was great. Got there at 2pm and was never rushed. I will definitely be back.

5 Stars – Best Breakfast Spot in Homestead! Their omelettes are flavorful and cooked to perfection, especially the Greek Omelette! The milkshakes are super creamy and delicious, and they have an amazing variety of crepes, pancakes, waffles and French toast with so many fun flavors to choose from. Whether you’re in the mood for something sweet or savory, they’ve got you covered. The vibe is cozy, the service is great, and the food always hits the spot. Highly recommend for breakfast or brunch.

The food and service is amazing. The same wonderful staff ( cooks and servers) from the old business (former IHOP).
