Flame Broiler

Our auditors recently conducted an independent review of The Flame Broiler. The visit began with several positives. There was plenty of free parking available, and the location was wheelchair accessible. The health score (Grade A) was visibly posted at the front entrance, which reflects compliance with required food safety standards. The exterior of the business was clean and inviting. Once inside, the dining area was picked up and orderly. Food arrived in a timely manner--approximately 15 minutes--and the order was correct and served as expected. However, multiple concerns arose during the experience that warrant attention. There was only one employee working the register and cooking the food. The Employe was not wearing a visible name tag, making identification difficult. More critical

I ordered a chicken plate with white rice and double salad, flavor overall ok. Service was prompt and friendly. I attempted to use the restroom and was disappointed with how dirty and neglected it was. No protective sheets available for ladies and toilet seat was vandalized with graffiti.

The food is what you can expect from a fast food Asian restaurant but it's in one of the most active but not crowded shopping centers! I have yet to park more than 15 steps from the entrance!! Love this spot! The staff, however, is amazingly helpful and always eager to make your experience better!

I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. The staff was extremely rude and even used inappropriate language toward me. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone until they improve their staff training
