Very busy on Saturday, but we were seating quickly Food came out in a timely manner. Our server was extremely diligent on coffee, extra items, and estimate for food remaining to come out. He was outstanding. I would recommend Flappy's signature pancakes for sure. Prices can be a little on the higher end, however portions are very generous and filling.

Amazing above and beyond You wouldn't know if this place was there if you drove through the valley and through the woods so grandmother's house you went. The food is amazing but what's more even more amazing is the staff They really went above and beyond always checking in making sure everything was great getting whatever we needed shout out to Francisco v He was Rockstar. Stopped in for the first time and was really impressed — the breakfast was delicious! The portions were generous, the service was friendly, and everything tasted fresh and home-cooked. The white gravy was the bomb! 😋 Can’t wait to come back and try more from the menu.

I took my gf here out to get some breakfast in the morning 🌄 and let me tell you it was delicious, with reasonable price and the service was excellent 👌 my gf was so happy with her breakfast so was I! I love my food with flavor, and let me tell you, this place has flavor, and I had the gluten-free strawberry pancakes, and they were the bomb 💣 😋 I can't go to much on details but all I can I say it was worth the drive and the wait ! 😁😁😁

Such a cool old school route 66 dinner stuffed French toast was amazing! 3 huge pieces of brioches bread I wouldve preferred the strawberry comoote be fresh but it was tasty none the less. Clean restaunt and food came out hot and quick.
