FLATS&FILLED FLATBREADS

My husband and I stumbled upon this place while walking around the farmer’s market and were immediately greeted at the counter by the owner who was incredibly nice! We ordered and sat down and he told us his story about owning a pizza shop in South Philly. He brought our pinsa out and WOW, it was the best pizza I’ve ever had in my life!! Super fresh ingredients, and the crispiest crust! He explained to us the difference between pinsa and pizza, and why the crust gets so crispy. We’ve already planned our next visit and can’t wait! Thanks so much for a great lunch and conversation!

My sister and I visited the Qmart last night and heard about this place and really wanted to check it out. I’m so happy we did. I looove the layout and decor of it. You really feel like you’re in a pizzeria. The shop owner is very passionate about what he does & you can see that. Super helpful suggestions. My fav part is tasting the freshness of the flatbread. As someone who hails from NYC, It reminded me of home🥰

TLDR - "hands down, the absolute best service, food, and atmosphere in all of Q-mart to date!" Not only has the owner utterly turned this stall into a new icon, his chipper attitude, family friendly, authentic personality just absolutely lights up the block. He's MORE than friendly, you feel welcome, and totally unrushed. Take your time at this shop, the food takes time to get to your table, but let me tell you, it is well worth the wait! His selection of options may not be vast, but let me assure you, every item will be the best you've had all week. Bring the family! Bring your friends! Bring everybody!

My new favorite pizza place. The sauce is amazing very flavourful the crust is crispy, perfect amount of cheese. It is quite literally the perfect pizza. The owner is very nice and made conversation with us while we waited. 10/10 would recommend

Our pinsa was amazing! My partner and I are both vegan so we ordered the veggie Pinsa with no cheese. Steffano, the owner, was SO accommodating to us and reassured us he could make whatever we're looking for. We already started eating the pinsa when the picture was taken because it was so good and we were hungry but he loaded the toppings for us as well! We're particular when it comes to plant based food(especially from the Qmart) but he gave us an awesome experience. Thanks, Staffano!
