Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar

Our experience here was good. The shareable sides paired well with the steaks. Bread service was there but I was surprised that we had to ask for more bread when only one was delivered to a table of 6. The drinks were smooth. The bill was as expected.

Ubered here as the parking is very busy. Nice restaurant with patrons wearing everything from casual to dress. Great service and a INSANE dry aged prime ribeye. I ordered mine Pittsburgh style medium and it came out fairly well done but the flavor was amazing. Shared sides were enough for two people. Ribeye, filet, huge baked potato, mushrooms/garlic, and two kids steak meals. The drinks were great and the service was fast. Do NOT leave with having the creme brulee.

Our recent dinner at Fleming's was a wonderful culinary experience! The calamari appetizer was the best calamari four of us have ever had! The chef's choice beef short ribs were absolutely delicious. Cooked to tender perfection, accompanied by a dark wine reduction and lying on garlic mashed potatoes. Our waitress, Sarah, was a delight! Attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. She flawlessly decanted a very mature Bordeaux I had brought, even after, not surprisingly, the cork began disintegrating. Fleming's is a special occasion restaurant that delivers all you would hope for in an upscale restaurant.

When you’re spending nearly $100 per plate, there is a baseline level of service and execution that should be met. Unfortunately, this experience felt no different than an Outback Steakhouse—except at twice the price. We had a 6:15pm reservation because we wanted an early night, yet we didn’t leave until 8:45pm. Our orders were not complicated. The very first cocktail took 30 minutes to arrive after we were seated. We ordered two Old Fashioneds, a Ketel One martini, and a French Blonde (without Lillet Blanc). Thankfully, water and bread came out quickly, because after finishing our drinks we waited quite a while before the server returned to take our dinner order. My husband and I celebrated our first anniversary here, last night. The experience was a 10/10. The service, the appearance, the vibe, the food… all perfect! Even the manager made us feel so welcomed. I would come here for any occasion and “just because”.
