FlexPro Meals

I know it looks good on the surface, but trust me you do NOT want to order from this place. 1st order was okay with the discount but the meals are not filling at all, did not want 2nd order but they then charge you late at night (after hours) and ship next morning (conveniently before they open) so that you can’t ask for a refund. I tried everything and they said “sorry it’s already shipped” and “you’re not allowed to do only one order with us” when clearly it hadn’t shipped yet and I reached them as fast as is possible. Additionally, the 2nd order arrived completely thawed out, cheese melted, even the box is soaking wet. Many of the meals even have the plastic expanding ready to burst as the veggies were clearly warmed up. There’s mozzarella cheese in one and it has the entire box smelli

Avoid at all costs, their ordering site is confusing, follow-on orders have no lead time to shift to new meals (you're emailed after they've already sent them), they charge before sending or receiving food and if you have ANY issues (wrong food received, bad packaging, attempt to cancel only to have it be temporary paused), you will not receive a refund or even an apology. Back in December, I went onto their website to CANCEL my service because I was moving and didn't need to meal service anymore. The interface was confusing, but I was confident I had ended my subscription. Months later—yesterday—I was suddenly charged $132 for an order I never approved, never selected, and didn’t even know was coming. GOOGLE OTHER REVIEWS, THEY ARE SHADY!! ** Cancelled my subscription, they call me offering some promotion... told them time and time again i am not home, i am not sure if i will be back from traveling to get the package.. read the conversation for yourself. Jorge fraudulently charged my card.. anyone point out where i gave permission for him to STEAL money from me? Zero sympathy or accountability.. no refund. I ordered to different kinds of chicken I loved both they weren’t dry very tasty i very much enjoyed them Except one container from the website says it hold 2 meals and the package I received it says 8oz but it’s less ( 1 container was 165, the other one was 192, the other one 150 not even close to 8oz) So I received my second order and instead of correcting the situation above, they went ahead and provided me 20% even though I did not receive half of the meat that I ordered and then in the second order that I received, they went ahead and reduce the amount of meat that was supposed to be in those containers without telling me even though their website states two servings and it’s supposed to be 8 ounces 226 g so this time in my order I got again half of the food and 113 g and when you w

Pros: Helps with portion control. Meals generally taste good. Decent variety to choose from. Makes tracking macros relatively easy. Customer service is responsive and I appreciate how they always try to make it right. Cons: Arrives on the expected date around 80% of the time so if you rely on it for all your meals, there will be days you’re left hanging followed by a week with leftover meals. Delivery with UPS’ 2-day shipping is good about 60% of the time. The other 40% it arrives late, crushed
