We have consistently had a positive experience with this company until recently. However, my daughter was overcharged by Melanie, an accountant with Flickering & Co. My daughter and her husband had a tax question and were contacted by Melanie. She failed to inform them that there would be an additional charge for a simple question over the phone. My daughter questioned the validity of the additional fee, but the owner refused to respond via phone, email, or in person. Consequently, she was denied tax service due to her inquiry about the additional cost of $180.00 for returning a phone call from Melanie.
