FLIGHTS BISTRO + BAR

The blackened salmon and crab corn chowder were so good that I began to eat it so fast without drinking water that I started to have some type of heartburn or acid reflux. I had to get up, walk around the table for a little bit. Drank water and a nice lady server came and asked was I okay and or did I need anything. I said yes, more water and told her why I was standing up. She brought me more water and eventually I started eating again and finished the entree. The dessert is when it went downhill. Told bartender that I would like the brownie sundae, he said that is very healthy (choice) 😳, he brought the check bill to me for me to add tip and sign it. I did that and waited at least 15 minutes for the Brownie Sundae. I asked the lady server for some brownie sundae, she brought me another

This is the restaurant that is used for Breakfast at the Hyatt Regency. Globalists get free breakfast included here. The service was good and the food was pretty good too. Not a huge spread but perfectly does the job. Buffet is otherwise $22 per person if not included. Restaurant opens at 6:30 which I feel is a tad late for an airport hotel, it should open no later than 6am or earlier if possible. Many get up really early for flights.

Ordered the French 75 from the bar but it wasn't like the usual ones I've had elsewhere. It was good but it shouldn't have ice and should be in a champagne glass. Had the Cobb salad; chicken was super dry but everything else about it was good. My guest had a club sandwich which he enjoyed. Service was good; overall it was good for a hotel restaurant.

Service. Was really bad. However it was not the waiters fault. They were the only one to take care of the bar and the dining area. Way too much for one person. Food. Soup came luke warm. I’m not sure if it was if it is old or what, but the flavor was bad and it has given me a terrible upset stomach. The ice cream is old and needs throwing away. Filled with ice crystals. Not up to any standards. Should be thrown away. Pricing is crazy high, but I suppose it is the general area. That will teach me to just walk in and eat and not checking the ratings first.

$35 for salmon, rice, and asparagus. Rice was undercooked, there was a grand total of 1 (one) spear of asparagus cut into small pieces, and 1 very small salmon steak (4oz maybe?). All that after waiting an hour for the order to-go because they weren't seating people in the restaurant at all their tables. Do not go here if you can help it.
