Flipping the Bird Bistro

Solid Americana menu (burgers, sandwiches, salads, chicken wings, lasagna) and some locavore specials (dungeness crab, mushroom risotto, seasonal soup). Hearty portions for sharing, pictures are post-dividing up the dishes between us. Everything came out perfectly timed. The best** service from one man show! We also grabbed a cocktail at the bar next door. Recommend the flipping burger (bacon jam and carmelized onions) but swap grilled chicken.

Excellent food 😋 service is fair, the bar is across the hall, the bar is cash only. Dessert was excellent, meatball sandwich is worth it, lasagna is average. Would eat here again 😋.

Loved this place. We randomly came across this restaurant on our road trip during Christmas holiday. We had the Homemade Lasagna and Spaghetti with Garlic Butter Sauce. Hands down one of the best meals on our trip. We will definitely return the next time we're in the area.

We’re travelers from China, and we happened to pass through this small town during a road trip. While searching on Google, we came across this restaurant with very high ratings and decided to give it a try—and we’re so glad we did. As visitors from abroad, we can honestly say the food was absolutely delicious. It’s not just “good for American food”—it’s genuinely excellent even by our own tastes. Every dish we tried was flavorful, well-prepared, and memorable. The service was just as impressive. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
