Flips Pancake House - Rock Island

I am so excited to have experienced Flips Pancake house in Rock Island! The food was excellent and the portions were generous! The staff were so friendly and welcoming! We will definitely spread the word and continue to bring our family back! Thank you for opening!

The food was great and service was awesome. They are very accommodating and everything tasted pretty good. I would recommend 9.5/10

Cute atmosphere. Wonderful waitstaff, very attentive. Food came out fast. Ordered a ham and cheese omelet, it was huge, came with hashbrowns and pancakes. Took half home there was so much food. Tasted phenomenal. Will be back alot!

Welcome to Rock Island! Had the flippin flight of Cinnamon Roll, Oh berry, and biscoff ( right to left ). We also had the best service from Addison!

Did not get my order correct. Even after I verified it several times. Person taking the order didn't know the menu. I get you just opened recently, but maybe have a menu near the phone when taking call in orders. And it is very important to get an order correct when you are a newer establishment. This creates repeat customers. I think I'll stick with Stacks, never had a problem there.
