Flip's Wine Bar & Trattoria

I had the most wonderful experience at Flipz Wine Bar in Oklahoma City! From the moment I walked in, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to make the evening special. The pasta was absolutely incredible—rich, flavorful, and clearly made with care and quality ingredients. Every bite felt like a little piece of culinary heaven. The atmosphere is simply gorgeous—elegant but cozy, with lighting and décor that create the perfect vibe for a night out, whether it’s with friends, family, or someone special. If you’re looking for excellent food, exceptional service, and a beautiful space to relax and unwind, Flipz Wine Bar is a must-visit! 🍷✨

My friends and I were looking for a place that was open late at night and saw that Flip’s closes at midnight so we decided to check it out. We got to the restaurant around 10 and the host didn’t seem happy to be there. She didn’t say anything negative but her overall attitude was unpleasant. Our waiter on the other hand was much more welcoming and made our dining experience more enjoyable. For appetizers, we got the calamari, soup of the day (chicken and rice) and tomato soup. The calamari was good and the soups were both delicious! The salads on the other hand were drenched in a vinaigrette dressing which made it way too sour to enjoy. Cesar salad was decent though! As for the entree, I ordered the meatball and spaghetti. The sauce was unfortunately watery and bland, the noodles were way

10/10! We visited for dinner on a Saturday night and it wasn’t crowded. There was no wait. Restaurant is beautiful! Service was wonderful. All of the food was delicious! Highly recommend the toasted ravioli, and the chicken fettuccine alfredo! The noodles were delicious and the sauce was amazing. The chicken lasagna was great also. The Cesar dressing on the Cesar salad was different but good. Only paid $66 for 2 people. Highly recommend! They have their own parking lot with free parking. Spots are a little awkward and kind of narrow but not too bad.

I went here today with my niece, and was unsure of what to order. Chris was our waiter, and he was fantastic! He recommended their tortellini masala dish and it was really, really good! This is some of the best Italian food I have had. Chris was also very cordial, and seemed to know his way in the “fine dining” industry. I will definitely be coming back. I saved some of the food to bring home to my husband and to some degree regret it LOL.

So we got to Flips about 5:30. It was Tuesday and we were celebrating with family for Christmas. The server was nice, but I suggest you not sit at the table of four right in front of the fireplace because it is obviously too far from the kitchen. We ordered drinks but were slow to receive. We ordered food and it was right at 7:30 before we got our food and it was not hot and we were missing a salad. At this point we just glad to get our food and got out. A couple next to us weren’t as patient and left after a considerable amount of time without getting waited on. I don’t know what is going on be it the server, the chef, the management, but Flips you need to do better! We ate brunch there two weeks ago and it was good and enjoyable. I’m not sure if we’ll be back. Just do better Fl
