Nurse practitioner Donna does not want to do her job! I went in there for something unrelated and all she wanted to do was test for STDs. She wanted to dodge every question i had about the real reason i came in. She did have time to try to convince me that my boyfriend was cheating on me. Very unhelpful, a waste of money and time

One of their workers came to the wrong house looking for the wrong person but decided to use my motorcycle as a table and write on their paperwork again on my very expensive motorcycle. I'm sure she who drove a white car was not impressed with the greeting she got but you really should teach your employees better especially when the yards been marked private property and then to come on to my property and touch my private property. Just saying not good .better not be a next time.

I always have a wonderful experience every time I come here! They have a wonderful WIC program and it helps out a lot! They are pretty good at giving out birth control to men and women! The staff here is always so nice and friendly! It's clean every time I go! They help you with getting insurance if your pregnant!

Appointment staff was extremely unprofessional. I questioned why she needed insurance information when I was just getting a out-of-state immunization record transferred to Florida. She proceeded to become verbally aggressive, told me to have a nice day, and hung up. As a representative for a government agency the lack of unprofessionalism was extremely disappointing. Called the Alachua main office and received quality service and professionalism. I will drive the extra 20 minutes to prevent from having to deal with such inappropriate people.

We went to this place to drop off used diabetes needles, they told us they do not collect them & to put them in a milk carton, tape it up & put in the trash! I have never heard any health department tell someone this, besides this is illegal! Very disappointed in this place.
