Rose is an absolute hero. She not only fixed a clerical issue on a septic permit instantly, she caught an additional correction afterwards, reached back out with the correction. That's not just great customer service, it's true stewardship in her role and absolutely what one expects of someone who truly is there for their constituents. Absolutely impressed and absolutely grateful for her assistance. Don't want to put her last name out in public, but I gave her GLOWING reviews in your internal system as well.

Just came here to get shot records for my kids transferred to the Florida form. The lady out front was super helpful and efficient. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Definitely recommended for any vaccination. She even recommended a medical fair on Monday to get checked out for uninsured people. Usually vaccination process takes a couple days or the wait is over a few hours. But today it wasn’t busy and it was extremely fast.

Walk-in’s are NOT welcome. Although they are pushy for ALL your partners to come in for testing. My spouse gave them my Information and instructed me to just walk in the next day. So I did. At 11am I was turned away and told to come back in a couple minutes before 1pm - So I did. Then they tell me I have to pay a $65 co-pay. My partner was treated for free the day before. So I waited to be called back and told the front desk at 11am that I had to be somewhere else by 2pm - I was called back by 1:15PM, I was instructed to pee in a cheap clear plastic flimsy cup, then I was sat in a room. I was triaged by an MA and told that the nurse will be in first and then the provider. There was no way I was going to wait to be seen. I walked out by 1:45PM Typical government facility. Waste and abuse o

Usually very helpful and prompt. I go there for birth control and have since I was a teen. Been going here since I was a kid in general, especially when it was located in other places. I've known Tammy my whole life and she's always happy to see me, or anyone she deals with. Very comforting.

Usually, customer service is good. I called and was told that I can walk in for STI screenings. I arrived at 11:55 am Then was told that staff is about to go to lunch, I have to come back at 1 pm. I just drove 32 minutes from New Tampa. Waste of time and gas. Instead of trying to rush me off the phone; give all necessary information like, the time the entire staff leaves for lunch. Good thing I don't have symptoms of nothing or pain! WC location is open again on Mondays and Fridays. I'll go then.
