Flour Shop

Hands down the best bakery in the Lehigh Valley and maybe even the tri state area. Everything is super fresh. You can find them at local farmers markets as well. Huge variety of breads and pastries as well as some additions like pizza.

This has quickly become one of my favorite bakeries in the area. I stopped in looking for fresh bread and found so much more! They had a variety of bread and pastries and everything tastes so good. Every time I go back we end up trying something new and everything has been delicious so far! Highly recommend going to their storefront or finding them at a local farmers market!

Everything is excellent. I found them at Easton farmers market and then realized the store is even closer. I go almost every other week now for sourdough and try a different pastry. This week was lemon shortbread cookies that were so good I’m sad I didn’t buy them all. Don’t skip the pecan sticky bun, best I’ve had.

Wow!!! A friend told me to come here because they have the best croissants and bread in the valley. I got a croissant to try on her recommendation even though I don't really like croissants and would never choose to eat them (case in point: I've been to Italy and turned my nose at the croissants there because I didn't want them!!). Well let me tell you I freaking demolished this cruffin and loved every second of it. Wholehearted regret is all I feel as I've now opened Pandora's box of baked goods. Very much looking forward to returning.

The Flour Shop has, imo, the best danish in the area. I have not had one single item from here that I would not highly recommend. Amazing breads, awesome sweets.
